Its me again… have you missed me?

Whilst it is true, I have been away sunning myself for a while (can you blame me?), I have also been working on a side thing that is just about ready to launch. I’m stoked to introduce LC Selections, a hi-quality, Australian focussed import company servicing the UK trade and consumer alike via Parched, Dan’s and Ken’s. And what better way to launch than a good, old fashioned piss up on the Dalston Riviera. So you are cordially invited to Dan’s on Saturday the 6th of July for an Aussie wine takeover. We’ll be pouring highlights from the new arrivals by the glass, and a tonne of wine will be available to consume by the bottle. BYO straws. If rumours are to be believed and Hackney Council (Hi, if you’re reading, we will behave…) come to the party, there’ll also be a traditional sausage sizzle. How good. No tickets required, just turn up from 2pm. Thank god we took that extra space…

Now, onto more immediate issues/solutions/needs and desires.

Friday saw us lovingly unpacking our long awaited allocation from Ganevat. Little intro is probably needed here, so I’ll just slide straight in with the specifics.

Negoce wine is available on a first in best dressed basis, and the top end cuvees are only being sold alongside a mystery bottle from a producer you should be also drinking in packs of two. These packs are limited to one per person, spread the love etc. Fairs fair and all that. So, happy hunting…

Alongside this we received a miniscule amount of Valentini (which comes with some elite level olive oil, can confirm, is delicious) and fresh Pergole Torte from Montevertine. Hardly any as per, so do your thing if this is your thing.
