Carbonic Pinot Noir that is pressed after only 10 days. Essentially, it's Baden's answer to Beaujolais, a cooler climate here too, with the verticality of the Beaujolais of old. This should come with a warning as I've yet to taste something as dangerous as this in the drinkability department. It's so bright and crunchy, uplifting with its raspberry fruit and subtle herbal nuance. Don't be fooled by the carefree, easygoing nature. To make something this tasty you've got to be seriously good winemakers. Alex and Christoph are two of the best on planet Earth IMO. \u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"WASENHAUS","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":57266633081212,"sku":null,"price":36.5,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0543\/7725\/0997\/files\/DSC04642.jpg?v=1786458308","url":"https:\/\/parched.wine\/products\/wasenhaus-grand-ordinaire-2024","provider":"Parched","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
