The 14 hectare estate sits on the southern slopes of Monte Mamaor, in the lower Bardolino DOC near Custoza, farmed organically and biodynamically across a mix of ancient seabeds and morainic sediment. Third-generation winemaker Stefano has family ties to these soils going back over fifty years! The couple work with a wide range of local varieties from older vines. Spontaneous fermentation, lots of steel and no temperature control and minimal sulphur, let the fruit and fruit alone do the talking.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEssentially exactly the kind of wines we like to champion round here.
