Again, simple winemaking where things are gently foot-trodden to extract a bit of colour and phenolics. Wonderfully red fruited, all cranberries and redcurrant, with this lovely herbal quality woven throughout. A soft, almost waxy texture too, as here she experimented with ageing in old barrel.
