He only releases the wines when deemed they are at their best.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2018 was an incredibly warm year, yet it's remarkable how Georges' old vines have managed to still produce a wine of such finesse. Things are even more umami laden, almost bouillon esque in flavour, a distinct note of bay underneath the glorious quince-y fruit.
