Nicholas Renaud is addicted to his craft, each year cultivating new parcels that he just couldn’t resist (much like a certain Natty Boy every time he comes back from France with a stack of new bottles he couldn’t say no to). Thanks to this, his cuvées are pretty eclectic, formed from a hodgepodge of terroir and grapes with new labels and names every time. Hard to keep up with, but worth it. His focus on unique bedrock, soils and forgotten vines mean his production is guaranteed to stay new, exciting, and delicious.
