Mataro is Mourvedre, for those playing aloing at home. Fruit source is back in the cooler Blewitt Springs, ancient vines too. A bit of richness on show with uncle Greg, but plenty of cut and thrust alongside to keep things in balance. The fruit ranges from ripe red through cool blue, padded out by smoked meat and seaside scrub. One for the family. ABV: 14%
