Chasing Rabbits aims to capture the clarity and purity of young Grenache fruit. The grapes come from a certified organic vineyard established in 2016 on decomposed granite soils. Fruit here is hand harvested and destemmed to stainless steel where a natural fermentation takes place. Easy drinking wines at an exceptional price point.
