Offbeat is the project from Nicola and Daniel Ham, both former marine biologists who got bitten by the wine bug while out in New Zealand. On returning home Daniel enrolled at Plumpton before moving on to make the Fizz at Langham, which has since gone on to win many awards. Now a fulltime family affair, they converted an older barn in Salisbury and have gone from strength to strength with each vintage. Working with a variety of vessels and using the very best fruit, they are producing some of, if not the best still wines England has to offer. All without any chemical manipulations in the cellar.
